How does it work?

It is a very simple process. We use a program called BankLink online. Each month we will post to your secure web site, your monthly Bank data for completing. This contains the bank data that we need more information about to do your accounting.

All you need to do is select a “payee” or type a short description of what each transaction was for! We create a list of the people you deal with regularly and program the system to remember the details of these payees. For example “Telstra” may be programmed to payee number 1.

 “Telstra” would be recorded as a telephone expense automatically when you select payee number 1.

If you pay your accounts online the system can be programmed by us to remember the details automatically!

 Once you have completed describing each transaction, you simply save your work. The rest is up to us!

Note your business Bank account holds the key to your business information. Why duplicate this information by reentering into another package. You can have the means to do this for using our online system. The system is secure and we do not get access to your bank account. Your bank sends the data to us via BankLink, a company that has been providing accounting data to accountants for over 20 years.

From there, we can easily produce reports that show you just how your business is going, lodge your BAS and prepare for the end the year taxation returns. It works! We have been using it for years.
